Who we are
Make Sense Lab (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a strategic marketing agency based in Serbia, operating the website makesenselab.net (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or interact with the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide to us
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, a description of your situation or task, and your preferred contact details (Telegram handle or email address). We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement.
Form submissions are processed through FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, and are delivered to our team's email inbox. We do not sell or rent this information to anyone.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site automatically collects certain technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this through the following tools:
• Google Analytics — helps us understand how visitors use the Site (traffic, popular pages, general audience trends).
• Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) — helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), understand actions people take on the Site after seeing our ads, and build audiences for future advertising campaigns, including retargeting.
• Vercel Analytics — a privacy-focused analytics tool used for basic performance and traffic monitoring; it does not use cookies.
These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to collect this information.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to: respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form; understand and improve how the Site is used; measure and optimize our advertising campaigns; and maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the Site and run our advertising — currently FormSubmit, Google (Analytics), Meta (Pixel/advertising), and Vercel (hosting and analytics) — each of which processes data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.
Cookies and your choices
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; note that some parts of the Site may not function as intended without them. To limit Meta's use of your data for advertising, you can adjust your ad preferences directly in your Facebook or Instagram account settings. To opt out of Google Analytics tracking across the web, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Data retention
We retain contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain our business records, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the default retention periods of the respective third-party provider (Google, Meta, Vercel).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The “Last updated” date below shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
